220 g Presteige set comes with a whopping 10-12 clip ins when the average brand comes with 7-10.

• Fine hair: 1 full set is recommended for maximum thickness
• Thick hair: May need an extra bundle for extreme fullness, but one set should be enough for a natural look
• Short hair: Follow the same guidelines based on your hair density

Pro Tips:

• Layer & trim: Lightly layer the clip ins for a smooth transition
• Apply in sections: Start lower and work up in smaller layers to avoid a bulky look
• Hide the bottom layer: Braid or pin the bottom section of your natural hair to prevent shorter pieces from sticking out

All shipments are FOB (Free on Board), and ship from our warehouse. We cannot guarantee the performance of our carriers. We encourage U.S. customers to opt-in for package insurance at checkout. We will assist our customers in any deficiency in third-party shipping services but we are not responsible for such deficiencies.

Processing Time:
All pre-orders will be available 2/10-2/14 for pick up or shipping. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns:

Please note that due to the nature of our products including Raw Indian, Vietnamese, and Burmese hair bundles, tape ins,  Silicone seamless clip-ins, and HD lace wigs, We cannot accept returns refunds or exchanges.

* In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at booking@theteitouch.com within three business days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment.

* We double check every order to ensure accuracy. If there is an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will promptly address the issue and arrange for the correct items to be sent to you.
